The S24 Ultra sits far above the rest of its own generation, further than the retail prices suggested. It is the model people specifically hunt for second-hand, so it is the one that holds its number.
Screen condition, above everything else
At this age the panel is the thing most likely to have been damaged and the most expensive thing to fix. A flawless screen on a two-year-old phone is worth real money over a scratched one, even when everything else is identical.
Battery health, which is now genuinely a question
Two years of daily charging is where capacity starts to show. Under 85% is where buyers start expecting a replacement, and where the offer reflects it. Check the actual number rather than guessing high, because guessing high is the most common reason an offer changes after testing.
Whether it was ever repaired, and by whom
A screen replaced by Samsung is fine. A screen replaced by a mall kiosk with a non-original panel is a real subtraction, because it usually means no auto-brightness, a wrong colour profile, or a fingerprint reader that no longer works through it. Tell us either way.
