Battery, which is now the first question
Three years of daily fast charging shows. This is the age where battery health stops being a footnote and becomes the thing a buyer asks about before anything else.
Burn-in on the panel
Three years of the same status bar and the same always-on display can leave a faint ghost. Check it against a white screen in daylight before describing the condition. Common, not fatal, worth declaring.
S Pen and silo
By year three the pen has usually been lost at least once. Say what the situation actually is.
Storage, still worth something
Less decisive than on a current Ultra, but the 512GB and 1TB versions still command a premium at this age because they are rarer here than the 256GB.
Things that do not disqualify it.
