SellYourGalaxy.co.za is Epic Deals, which is the trading name of Tech Revival (Pty) Ltd. We have been buying and selling second-hand technology in South Africa since 2014.
The business is 30 people working out of a warehouse in Johannesburg that is not open to the public, which is a deliberate choice rather than an omission. A shopfront costs money that would otherwise pay for the free courier, and a counter would only serve the small fraction of the country that could drive to it.
This site is one of several storefronts we run, each pointed at a different kind of device. Same warehouse, same testing bench, same finance team doing the same payment run at 4pm every working day. The reason for the split is that somebody selling a Galaxy Z Flip and somebody selling a PlayStation have almost nothing in common except us, and one site trying to talk to both ends up talking properly to neither.

Buying used electronics in South Africa is a regulated activity. We record what we buy and who we bought it from, which is also why a device locked to somebody else's account is one we cannot touch.
