The humidity is worth a mention, because it is a genuine local factor. Coastal air is harder on a phone than inland air, and older Galaxies from the KZN coast come through with corrosion around the ports more often than ones from Gauteng. It is not something we hold against a phone, but it is something worth describing accurately when you get your offer.

There is no Durban branch. The warehouse is in Johannesburg and it is not open to the public, so the courier is how this works everywhere including here.

How long it takes from Durban.

Two working days to reach us from Durban, with arrival confirmed within 48 working hours. After that, testing takes 1-3 working days, and payment goes out within 5 working days of your offer being confirmed, in the 4pm every working day payment run.

We confirm arrival, then test the device against what you told us. That is 1-3 working days, and you hear from us either way.

Payment

Within 5 working days of your offer being confirmed. If the device does not match what you described, we say so and courier it back free.
