We are set up to work via courier, all around South Africa. 

If you are only willing to sell your phone in person, please contact us and let us know where you are based. We will arrange for you to take your Galaxy to one of our partner businesses, if we have one in your area.

If you are in Johannesburg, please make sure 24 working hours have passed before contacting us.

If you are outside Johannesburg, please make sure 48 working hours have passed before contacting us.

We will send you an email as soon as your device arrived. Please allow the above delivery times to pass before contacting us, to ensure our team processes the incoming devices as quickly as possible.
